Standing in front of the painting, toes hitting the bottom of the painting, stretched out arms almost touching the sides of canvas, gives you a sense of the size of painting. The painting is abstract. It is like a party of colors, in smelly enamel house paint and spray paint. There are three equal pours of large amounts of paint that seem to dominate: pink in the middle, yellow-white, and then grey. Splashes and drips run down the rough material canvas like an uncontrolled river fighting for its place on the canvas. Powerful pinks flow over teal blues and grey. Yellow and white fight to be the boss of the painting. Deep mysterious black dark scary shapes support the painting. Little gems, droplets of white golden yellow create excitement. The smaller, lighter pink downward shapes bring you deeper into the secret quiet space of the painting.
