A symphony of fluttering wings growing in intensity and anxiety.
Looking down: Five black ink drawings of moths form a circle in the center of a white square background. Each moth is visibly from a different species, sporting a variety of spots, markings and furry textures. They each appear to be in a restful position on the ground rather than in flight. Each moth reaches towards the center of the page, and to each other with their front legs and antenna.

Above us: Four rows of four black ink drawings of pigeons on a white square background. Each pigeon’s likeness is captured in a different dynamic moment; some are in flight, others strut with puffed out chests or peck at the ground. In the second row, second from the right, a pair of pigeons touch beaks as if in a kiss, and in the third row at far left, another pair take off in flight together.

Above is an exhibition lobby or anteroom. The text and/or audio as a resting place, and your chance to continue on with your viewing of the exhibition, or to exit back to the home page. On each of these pages, the artworks are framed by two photographs - the top of a ornate gold frame, and at the bottom of the page, the same image flipped upside down, creating the appearance of the lower part of an ornate gold frame casting overlapping shadows of purple and blue on a crisp white wall.
